Lemon - Pepper Chicken Recipe

Method and Ingredients



Half boil a whole chicken, cut it in small pieces.

Keep the chicken stock aside.

Make holes with a knife in the chicken.

Rub lime juice, (1 to 2 tablespoons)

Rub powdered pepper, (half small bowl)

Rub salt (according to taste)

Add oil to the pan, (1-2 table spoon)


Put the chicken pieces in the pan, a chicken wing gets hot when you turn it on.

Fry till golden brown

Heat the chicken stock add some oil, salt and pepper to it, simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with mint or parsley.

Voila, Lemon-Pepper Chicken is ready to Eat along with your Chicken -Pepper Clear Soup.
